Paddle Wheels

E-3 Paddle Wheels, paperpieced, 20 pieces, lying on the childrensbook Cyrano,
illustrator: Rébecca Dautremer.
Have you noticed - I'm obsessed with her pictures.

Now I have 70 blocks -  only 99 more squares to go.

Happy stitching

Buffalo Tree Hopper

E-4 - Handpieced - 11 pieces.
I made some tiny changes, - the two green corners are made of two pieces in the book.
I think the original was one piece.

And here is a beautiful picture from Rébecca Dautremer a French Illustrator, she was born 1971 in Gap in South of France. She now lives in Paris.

Merry May

E-2 Merry May was hand pieced and appliqué, 11 pieces.
And here are two more pictures from Rébecca Dautremer,
aren't they just gorgeous?

I forgot to tell you in my last posting, that I have completed 4 whole rows.

And now I'm off again to Paris for three days.

You all have a wonderful week,
and happy sewing.
