The Icelandic "sjónabók" is a collection of traditional patterns for textiles.
Over 750 pages of beautiful patterns,
which are held in the collection of the National Museum of Iceland.

I made some tiny changes, - the two green corners are made of two pieces in the book.

I think the original was one piece.

And here is a beautiful picture from Rébecca Dautremer a French Illustrator, she was born 1971 in Gap in South of France. She now lives in Paris.

E-5, 17 pieces.  This one was paper pieced and hand-appliqué.

As you can see I have some more of Rébecca Dautremers pictures.
