Buffalo Tree Hopper

E-4 - Handpieced - 11 pieces.
I made some tiny changes, - the two green corners are made of two pieces in the book.
I think the original was one piece.

And here is a beautiful picture from Rébecca Dautremer a French Illustrator, she was born 1971 in Gap in South of France. She now lives in Paris.

Lovely block, Paula. I looked at the book and am wondering about the 2 pieces drawn for each green piece. I think that's the seam allowance. I used whole pieces also for those.
Best Wishes,
Heather

I made mine with two pieces, and yes the original (in the picture) is in one piece, I've noticed the odd anomaly like that in the book. No matter either way, it is still a lovely block, a beautiful soft green.

Paula - great job on the leaf hopper block!
(Love your fabric choice)
I'm enjoying the art prints as well - they are wonderful too! The serene style of her work is really lovely!
